Lost Property
Lost property queries are managed by the onsite customer service team. The customer services and security office is located next to Frankie and Benny's.

Toilets And Baby Changing
Toilets and baby changing are provided within the individual restaurants and the cinema.

Amazon Lockers
If you would like your parcels delivered to a safe, secure location, simply select the Gym Longwell Green Aspects Retail Park as your preferred delivery location and reference Manioc when ordering from Amazon and your parcel will be sent directly to one of our secure lockers.
You will then be sent an email with a unique code and pick-up instructions. Enter your code into the keypad on the lockers to access your parcel. Deliveries will be held in the lockers for three working days after your code has been sent!
Amazon Lockers are located in The Gym and are open 24/7.

Accessibility
Our car parks provide easy, safe, and direct access to the brands on-site for visitors. We have 19 free car park spaces for customers who require disabled access in line with Blue Badge criteria.
